The Tijuana Cultural Center is well worth a visit. Enter the bookstore and browse their plentiful collection of books for sale on Mexican history and art. Usually you will find at least one free art exhibit showcasing Mexican culture. Check out the official site for schedules of the numerous concerts and theatrical performances offered, both for free and for fee. There is a restaurant in the Center, the Hikers have not had time yet to try it out.
