Walking Directions to Vallarta , El Rodeo, and Palmazul,

Directions to Vallarta, El Rodeo,Cafe La Especial, Palmazul from The Cultural Center From the Cultural Center to Vallarta Vegetarian Restaurant From The Cultural Center, walk southeasterly along Paseo de los Heroes past Plaza Rio Shopping center to the next glorieta (traffic circle). At the glorieta, turn right, and follow Cuauhtemoc Sur Oeste southwesterly for 5 blocks until you reach Agua Caliente. Caution: Cuauhtemoc Sur Oeste between Sanchez Taboada and Agua Caliente has a set of what I call "killer stairs" (no handrails!). If this sort of thing makes you uneasy, detour to one of the other streets. At Agua Caliente (there is a Banamex on the farside corner to the left), turn left and walk two blocks to Vallarta at the corner of Agua Caliente and Rio Yaqui. From Vallarta Restaurant  to El Rodeo From Vallarta, continue past a few more "Rio" streets, Nazas then Tijuana. When you arrive at the intersection of Rodriquez and Agua Caliente, Agua Caliente bends off to the left a bit. Keep going straight, the name of the road changes to Salinas and the vehicular traffic is one-way (the opposite from the direction you are walking). El Rodeo is about 1/2 block down, on your left. La Casa Especial is directly across the street from El Rodeo From El Rodeo to Palmazul Keep walking past El Rodeo (4-5 blocks?) past Los Arcos, about 1.2 blocks past Los Arcos you will see Palmazul on your left; it has a very large parking lot and takes up about 1/2 a block.
